Terrestrial Laser Scanning

For terrestrial laser scanning surveys Blom utilise the latest model in the industry leading range of laser scanners - the Leica ScanStation C10.

This is an all-in-one solution, including scanner, battery, controller, data storage and video camera, and offers the most productive and versatile solution available on the market.

Blom take full advantage of the C10’s excellent laser range and broad field-of-view, features that make the ScanStation so popular, and use HDS across a wide range of applications. This minimizes labour and downtime spent in the field.

With the C10’s integrated digital camera RGB values can be assigned to the point cloud automatically ensuring a photorealistic representation of the survey target, fully geo-referenced and projected.

Blom’s Leica ScanStation C10 is the tool of choice for terrestrial laser scanning and High-Definition Surveying (HDS).

Applications

Asset Management

HDS systems can be quickly deployed to most locations, making them a fast and effective asset and condition monitoring tool.

As Built Surveys

With a minimal setup time Blom offer cost-effective as-built surveys for purposes such as land registry and visualisation.

3D Modelling & Mapping

Having access to such high density point clouds allows mm accurate 3D models and vector mapping products to be produced.

Tower & Structure verticality surveys

Using non-intrusive methods, accurate position and verticality measurements can be taken from the point cloud in 3D.
