Blom has developed a new software tool that enables companies developing navigation software and hardware to use BLOM’s exclusive oblique Pictometry® aerial images in their applications and devices, under the 3D Photonav brand.

Pictometry® images provide a new navigation experience for the users. The Navigator enables the user to identify and recognise the surrounding environment rapidly, providing a more realistic and safer driving experience.

Blom is designing a best–of-breed navigator hardware and software to manage a full country set of oblique Pictometry® images. Blom can provide its own Fidelio platform to download images city by city for those customers who want to include the 3D Photonav solution in their hardware, but does not have matching  required features in their devices.
