Blom Information Services is Blom's content provider division. B.I.S serves Blom's oblique imagery libraries and their derived products using on- and off-line technologies. B.I.S. has developed a set of tools for making the content available for different kinds of industries and markets, and a wide variety of technologies and platforms. 

These tools, such as APIs, Plug-ins for the major G.I.S. applications, and SDKs for most of the mobile industry such as Symbian, J2ME, Android, Windows Mobile, etc. allow the developers' communities to explore and deploy applications for both the professional and the leisure market, such as video games, social communities, etc.
