PRODUCTION CENTERS

Most Blom Group companies have in-house production capacity to both produce smaller projects and to perform final quality assurance of larger projects produced in the Blom Group bulk production centers. The total production capacity within the dedicated production centers in Romania and Indonesia exceeds 750,000 man hours per year.

The applied production technology is mostly unified across the entire organization, but careful monitoring of new developments in technology and flexibility to use the most appropriate hard- and software to meet business standards and requirements are naturally incorporated in the internal decision processes.

Managing of the entire production capacity is coordinated to ensure that all projects are allocated the necessary resources at the given time of planned completion.
