Blom has many years of experience of providing consultancy and contracted mapping services for the preparation of Cadastral Maps and Real Estate property databases. Cadastral mapping provides the basis for efficient real estate management and supports economic development and growth.

The activities comprise: collection of legal and property information; updating of the information about all the properties (graphical/textual); preparation of cadastral maps; assessment of the legal situation of each property; and public hearing on the results as well as design and implementation of public awareness campaigns.
